I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect as it was just a short walk away from the beautiful National Park. The staff at the front desk were incredibly warm and courteous, making me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay.

Although the hotel provided a lovely hot spring bath in the room, I found the facilities inside to be a bit outdated and humid. However, these minor inconveniences did not detract from my overall experience.

The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a weekend retreat to relax in nature. The spa facilities were enjoyable and the hot springs were a highlight. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. the nearby national park was a great place to explore during the day.

The room amenities were quite outdated, which made for a less comfortable stay. the breakfast offered was quite subpar and we had difficulty communicating with the staff.

We loved the modern and inviting lobby at this hotel, as well as the complimentary coffee, tea, cookies, and ice cream available 24/7. Our spacious room was clean with comfortable linens, and we appreciated the mineral spring water in the bathroom. The property's proximity to zhiben national park provided us with excellent opportunities for exploring.

The spa and in-room spring fed tub were excellent. The hotel staff were warm and courteous. The lobby was bright, classy, and modern. Complimentary refreshments were a nice touch. The spacious room was clean and comfortable with good bed linens.

We had a wonderful stay close to the national park for trekking and could easily reach the spa pool for a relaxing moment. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the hot spring in the room was a great addition. the restaurant was simple but good, and our room was clean and comfortable.
